Shree Bharat hanuman Milap Mandir

Bharat ji was meditating in Nandigram while waiting for Shri Ram's return. At the same time, Shri Ram sent Hanuman ji to meet Bharat ji with his message.

This was the place where Hanumanji and Bharat ji had an emotional meeting.

Tamsa River

The Ashrama of sage Valmiki was at the banks of Tamsa river.

When Mata Sita was exiled by Shri Rama, she left Ayodhya and came to the banks of Tamsa river some 15 km away from the city, where she met Valmiki. He requested Sita to live in his ashrama situated at the bank of the Tamsa river.

Bharatkund Sarowar

The Mahatanti of Bharat Sarovar in the Nandi village Bharat Kund, located about 15 kilometers from the town of Faizabad

Jatakund

The Jatakund, here is believed to be the place where Lord Ram & Laxman got their matted hair cut at the end of their exile. It is the first halt of Ayodhya-Chitrakoot yatra.

The temple/Bharat sarovar both are frequently visited by the south Indian visitors.
